New suppliers have to complete a comprehensive questionnaire for each plant including topics like Food Safety Management, GMP, Storage, HACCP, Food Defence, Environment, Ethics, Compliance with Social and EU Standards.

Audit & periodical auditsWe inspect the plant ourselves and meet the people; according to a BFS audit plan based on GFSI criteria (e.g. IFS Food, BRC Food, FSSC 22000). The result: a comparable grade. We re-audit our suppliers on a regular basis – and support them maintaining our standards.
